According to the report, 50.8% of the respondents had never heard of smart toilet before, and 74.1% of respondents did not know what the benefits of smart toilet were, and 83.7% of respondents had never used smart toilet.



There is a misunderstanding of the product, and it is the &ldquo that the intelligent toilet can't go around; the stumbling block ” The "report" pointed out that many consumers of intelligent toilet the misunderstanding for people, which mainly include: intelligent toilet water involving electricity, worry about the safety problems; not worry about washing nozzle health, easy to breed bacteria; worry about health effects; the water quality is not good, believe the price is high.



However, in contrast with low cognition and misunderstanding, users who use this product have high ratings, highly recognized, feedback from &ldquo, and used &rdquo. In the report, a survey of users of intelligent toilet showed that 93.4% of the respondents said that the smart toilets purchased were in line with their expected results. Nearly 30% of the respondents thought that the use of intelligent toilet is beyond their expectations.



According to the report, the development of intelligent toilet industry is not yet in its primary stage. No matter what the consumption concept or market structure is, it is not yet mature. It is necessary for enterprises to work together to accelerate the development of the industry.
